Here at
USA GYM,
our approach is to develop the whole athlete for strength,
speed, power and performance. Training for children and
adolescents is crucial to the development of a well-rounded,
confident athlete. Many facets go into the programs that
we develop at USA GYM: nutritional considerations, form running,
plyometrics, sports specific weight training and agility and
quickness enhancement. All of these form a unique
philosophy that you will only find at USA GYM. Athletes today
should maintain a constant state of training to develop
themselves into their natural best.
STRENGTH
allows for a stable foundation which athletes must have so their
bodies can handle the rigors of day in and day out practice
and/or training.
SPEED is
something all athletes require, and we teach it through proper
mechanics as well as development of speed through intense
training.
AGILITY
is essential, and by drilling athletes with literally hundreds
of footwork drills, we will teach their muscles how to respond
faster, and move quicker than ever.
POWER is
something we specifically developed through intense training
with resistance training and explosive movements.
